This will be fun, relaxed event and perfect for first time competitor. This is a beginner level competition aimed for first time competitors or athletes with a CrossFit open level of 4 or below. With Open, Masters 35+ and Legends 55+ division. Workouts and movements will be at a scaled level, however further scaling options will be available.

OPEN & MASTERS 35+: Jumping Pull Ups Knee Raises Push Ups Single Skips Kettlebell Swings 16/12kg Deadlifts 80/55kg Clean & Jerk 60/35kg *scaling and substitutes will be available.
